Hot & Cold Plates
STI: designs and manufactures a variety of Cold/Hot Plates, (Thermal Platforms) andControllers for Thermal - Humidity Testing and Production. We offer customizing ofall our products to meet your specific needs. Our Cold/Hot Plates are thermal platformswhich provide a flat, thermally conductive, temperature controlled surface that is idealfor conditioning and testing devices and modules. The cold plates are offered with andwithout PID Digital Alarm control to allow customers to utilize their own control. The Industrial Cold Plates have optional blank plates to attach to the top plate foradditional hold patterns without damage to the top plate. Temperature range from-90 to 200 deg C. We also offer Test Fixture ESD covers to prevent condensationduring cold testing.
