Orders are processed the next business day after they are received. All of our products are made to
order and require different lead times. Lead times are displayed on all product pages and are approximate
depending on the manufacturer.
We insure all deliveries 100% against loss or damage. If your item is received damaged or defective please
contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt regarding all returns. A return merchandise authorization number
(RMA) must be assigned in order to return a product. If a product is returned without an RMA, a credit will
not be issued.
All items must be returned in brand new, saleable condition, with all parts, and in original packaging within
30 days of receipt. Items that have been installed are not returnable. The customer is required to prepay
all shipping/freight charges that incur when an item is returned. Systems and Technology International Inc.
will pay the return shipping costs if the product arrives damaged, is deemed defective, or was shipped
incorrectly. All returns are subject to a 10%-50% restocking fee, depending on product line. Please contact
