Multi Zone Hot Plates

Manual Multi-Zone Hot Plates which is ideal for small systems and modules or SMD circuit, Hybrid circuits, substrates for sealing, pre-heating, curing epoxy, soldering parts or processing with controlled temperature. This Hot Plate system has three zones, two have separate independent temperature control and one is for cool down of the modules. This multi Hot Plate unit is an excellent tool for Repair/Rework of substrates and electrical components. These Hot Plates have two heated area of 4 inch x 6 inch with the cool down area the same. Temperature Range Ambient to 280 Deg C, Temperature Control is via Bi-Metal Thermo switch, 2 inch High Low Profile, 5 inch deep x 19 inch long, 120 Volts, 6 Amps. Our Industrial Laboratory Hot Plate can be ordered with different Top Plate of Teflon Anodized Aluminum, Bare Aluminum, Electroless Nickel Aluminum or Stainless Steel. The Hot Plate has a flatness of +/-0.005", Temperature accuracy is +/- 2 deg C. Higher Temperature are available per request. Adjustable Stainless Steel Hand Rest are additional option, Sides only or Front and Sides. Vacuum is optional for securing parts securely to the top plate during process.
